- Complete submission form then proceed to checkout to complete payment. Once payment and submission are paired an onboarding packet will be mailed.
- There is a vetting process that requires a hard copy submission that must be completed through the USPS as we confidently claim, "Original Creations Made in America". A one time fee to process your application and complete vetting includes all postage and handling fees.
- Immediately return packet in the postage paid return envelope provided.
- Completed returned packets will prompt a team member to email options for your verification call.
- You will choose your membership tier with a team member who will finalize the vetting process with you.
