Mary Spera

A mixed media artist, muralist and creative visionary whose work celebrates movement, texture and storytelling. As the founder of Omega Dance By Mary Spera LLC and Moving In Time Dance Studio, she seamlessly merges her lifelong passion for dance with her dynamic visual art practice.

Mary specializes in one-of-a-kind original portraits, collages, decoupage, assemblage, and both wet and dry media works.  She transforms recycled and reclaimed materials - jewels, crystals, metals, leather , fabric, seaglass, ink, and organic elements into richly layered compositions that are both tactile and expressive. Each piece is entirely unique, in fused with whimsy, depth, and intentional detail.

Her art reflects a deep love of dance culture, human expression , and the natural world. Movement flows through her compositions, while sustainable materials ground her work in authenticity and purposes. Through vibrant textures and unexpected material pairings, Mary creates soulful, immersive work that celebrate creativity, resilience, and joy.
