About TAHDA

The Artists Hub Direct Access

A hub is a central point where multiple things connect, gather, or are coordinated.

Art is human expression shaped into a form that communicates ideas, emotions, or experiences beyond ordinary language. At its core, art is the creative act of making meaning.

Liberty is the freedom to think, speak, move, and live without oppressive control.

The United States protects liberty by limiting government power, guaranteeing individual rights, and requiring fair legal processes. These protections come from the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, later amendments, and the courts that interpret them.

The U.S. is often described as a “melting pot,” shaped by immigration from every region of the world. This blending has created a uniquely mixed national culture.

Many countries protect free expression, but none protect it in the same broad, strongly judicially enforced way as the U.S. First Amendment. The United States is unusual because its Constitution absolutely forbids the government from restricting speech based on content, with only narrow exceptions.

The First Amendment is distinctive because it prohibits government censorship based on content or viewpoint to an extent unmatched elsewhere.

Other countries balance free speech against values like dignity, social harmony, or historical memory. The U.S. prioritizes individual liberty over those competing interests to a degree that is rare globally.

Most countries recognize freedom of expression through the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, but these documents allow more restrictions than the First Amendment does.

The Artists Hub Direct Access is where groups of artists share space and vision as only Americans can express themselves. We’ll be coordinating events and exhibitions that help emerging artists develop and seasoned artists shine, a melting pot of creativity expressed in a way that can only exist in America.

TAHDA.online will be the gallery accessible through the world wide web. Each item originally created in America will be listed for sale after each artist is vetted and proves they are creating in America.

USPS and private carriers like UPS or FedEx operate under the same federal mail‑fraud laws, but USPS is treated differently because it is a federal agency, and crimes involving it often carry stronger investigative oversight and a long‑established enforcement system. Because USPS is a federal entity, using it for fraud automatically triggers federal jurisdiction, and the government historically treats the integrity of the mail system as a high‑priority national interest. For this reason the initial vetting process, the artists’ application, will solely be mailed through USPS. There will be a $5 fee for vetting which will include a postage paid return envelope. The Artists Hub Direct Access (TAHDA) will guarantee each artist is creating in America and this vetting process ensures that through a deliverable address by the USPS. TAHDA will not guarantee that any paint or accessory used for the creation is made in America and a disclaimer will be attached to each piece listed for sale in our gallery.

Items sold through any TAHDA platforms may be delivered by the USPS, UPS or Fedex, whichever deems most cost efficient. Shipping fees are collected from the buyer upon purchase and routed through TAHAD’s mailing accounts to the artist, who handles all shipping duties.

Each artist chooses the membership tier that shapes their creative path—each tier defining how many works they can showcase and the commission they share with The Artists Hub Direct Access (TAHDA). A membership tier includes a raffle entry, giving every artist a chance to step into the monthly spotlight. The Featured Artist is celebrated with a full bio and unlimited listings for an entire month.

The membership tiers are as follows:

Emerging Artist Membership

Artist/Creator agrees to list a minimum of one (1) item, and no more than three (3) items, at 30% commission for each item sold payable to TAHDA. Included is one (1) chance per month not to exceed three (3) months to be a Featured Artist.

Expert Artists Membership

Artist/Creator agrees to list a minimum of four (4) items, and no more than seven (7) items, at 25% commission payable to TAHAD. Included is one (1) chance per month not to exceed six (6) months to be a Featured Artist.

Established Artist Membership

Artist/Creator agrees to list a minimum of one (1) item per month, with no maximum limit, for twelve (12) months at 20% commission payable to TAHDA. Included is one (1) chance per month not to exceed twelve (12) months to be a Featured Artist.

TAHDA.org will be an auction site for fundraising purposes accessible through the world wide web. No artwork will be listed from any artist who is not an active member of The Artist Hub Direct Access (TAHDA) and fully vetted through our approval process. Membership and verification ensure trust, authenticity, and a safe creative marketplace.

Fundraising efforts may support a charitable organization, an individual, or a group. Each sale follows the same commission structure, with TAHDA returning a portion of its commission to the cause being supported.

TAHDA collects a 20% commission from the gross sale amount of every item sold. A portion of that commission is then returned to the beneficiary based on their classification:

Tax‑deductible charities receive 15% of the commission back as a donation from TAHDA.

Taxable individuals or groups receive 10% of the commission back as a gift from TAHDA.

This structure allows TAHDA to sustain the platform while still giving meaningful support to the causes and creators our community uplifts.
